My first order part of the flowers were smashed. A La Rose replaced it. Second order came smashed, A La Rose replace it. Third order they were perfect and I love them!!

I worked with A La Rose at a bridal photoshoot a few years ago and they were awesome! I ordered a mini for a Mother's Day Gift Box. The first rose I received was damaged and I reached out to them and they sent a replacement right away. Very easy to communicate with and great customer service!

Very pretty but a little disappointed, the roses do not smell like roses they smell more like cardboard and my box did not come with a bow like pictured.
