Can I order via e-mail or over the phone?
No, all the orders must be placed through our website.
Do you offer same day delivery?
At the present time we do not offer same day delivery.

How many days ahead should I place my order?
All arrangements have a 24 hour processing period. Your order will be dispatched the following business day.

Do you deliver on Sunday?
We do not deliver on the weekends.

Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to the custom nature of the products. We do our best to guarantee that you will be completely satisfied with your A La Rose box.

Can I remove the roses from the box?
No. The roses should remain in the box. Removing them can damage the arrangement and the roses.

How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a status e-mail that includes your individual order confirmation number. Please refer to this number and/or your order number when contacting our customer service about the status of your order. If you do not hear from us after you receive your confirmation, your flowers were delivered on the day specified on your confirmation.

How do you deliver?
All of our orders are shipped through UPS. You can choose between Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air and UPS Ground Shipping Nationwide.The cut-off time for Overnight/ Next Day Air Service is 2PM (EST). We will make sure that the roses will be delivered in the proper circumstances and properly handled without damaging the product . Our #1 priority is quality and 100% customer satisfaction.

Where do you deliver?
A La Roses boxes are currently only being shipped within the US.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa and PayPal. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.

Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
The State of Florida requires that we collect sales tax, generally on the full amount of the order including delivery. The amount will be automatically calculated and appear on your total in the checkout area. Orders coming from outside the state of Florida do not contain tax.

What are your hours of operation?
You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. For customer service questions we are available Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time.

What kind of maintenance do the flowers need?
Very little! Unlike other roses which may require constant watering, a change of vases, and grooming of loose petals, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for up to year with no serious effort on your part.
