 Can I order via e-mail or over the phone?

Yes, you may contact us by simply calling 1.866.712.7673 or reach us via email at Hello@shopalarose.com . One of our Rose Specialists will be glad to help you with processing any orders or answering questions you may have about our product.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, same day delivery is available to any orders processed before 9:00 am on delivery date. This offer only applies to orders placed within the South Florida area. 

How many days ahead should I place my order?
We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hour processing period. All orders will be dispatched the following business day. This does not apply to orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday's or the day before a holiday. Orders placed on either of those dates will be shipped the next business day. 

Do you deliver on Sunday?
We currently do not offer weekend deliveries.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the custom nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. We do our best to guarantee that our customers needs are satisfied with their purchase. Please feel free to contact us though, if there are any discrepancies with your order. 

Can I remove the roses from the box?
We ask that the roses remain in their A La Rose box, as they may be damaged if removed. 

How do I know that my order was received and will be delivered?
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, you will be contacted via e-mail. This e-mail will include your individual order confirmation number. When contacting our customer service department, please have your order number or confirmation number handy so that we can help you with locating your order and/or order status. If indeed you do not hear from us after confirmation is received, this means your flowers were delivered on the date specified on your confirmation e-mail. Note, please include your phone number when placing an order with us so that we may contact you via phone call if unable to reach you by e-mail. 

How do you deliver?
Our orders are shipped through UPS. We offer several delivery options at checkout. These options include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air, and UPS Ground Shipping Nationwide. There is a cut-off time for Overnight/Next Day Air Service, it is 2:00pm (EST). During our packaging process for shipping orders, we always make sure that the roses are packaged properly so that they are delivered in the proper circumstances and handled without damaging the product. Our #1 priority is customer satisfaction! Please contact us if there are any discrepancies with your order.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across the U.S! Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping just yet!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa and PayPal. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.

Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Yes, According to The State of Florida, it is required that we collect sales tax, generally on the full amount of the order including delivery. The amount will be automatically calculated and appear on your total in the checkout area. 

What are your hours of operation?
Orders may be placed online 24/7, 365! For any customer service questions or inquiries our team is available Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time. We are closed on weekends and National holidays; if any questions may arise please feel free to reach us via e-mail, and one of our team members will be happy to respond the following business day or sooner.

What kind of maintenance do the flowers need?
Our luxurious roses require little to no maintenance! Unlike other roses which may require constant watering, a change of vases, and grooming of loose petals, our roses maintain their freshness and longevity for up to year with no serious effort on your part. Please keep them out of heat or sunlight, as they like to live indoors and in room temperature.
